- Users: Natural persons - citizens.
- Budget: 20 million euros for photovoltaic power plants and 8 million euros for battery systems.
The fund offers co-financing of 50% to 70% of the investment for citizens who plan to complete the installation of solar power plants and battery systems after the tender is announced in 2026.
On 7 April 2026, the Fund published on its website the Draft Public Call for promoting the use of renewable energy sources and electricity storage systems in family homes.
